WOW - what a great weekend. Had plenty of fun, enjoyed a wonderful OU victory, and didn't even get in any trouble - a perfect time.

The fun started Friday at work. The department was having it's annual Halloween bash. Tracy and Steve made pumpkins for the contest and plenty of people dressed-up. Personnel had the best costumes!

Since two of our co-workers were having birthday parties that month, we decided to go to Pearl's for a late lunch. We all had great food and a couple of cool beverages. We wanted to sit outside, but the rain keep us indoors most of the time.

Pearl's had many fishes that we painted fun colors. A must have for all cool places.

After Pearl's I was off to Remington Park with Ty, Ladawna, and Londa. I did win much, but I only lost $20. I'm going to win one of these days! Chelino's was our stop for dinner. Good food, good beer, and good friends.

The next morning, it was time for the OU/Nebraska show-down. After beating up Texas and Kansas State, we started the game very confident. After the first quarter, we were all looking at each other in disbelief as Nebraska took the lead 14-0. But the Sooners were back in full-swing. By the time the game was over, OU had scored 31 unanswered points. OU was ranked NUMBER ONE the next day in all polls. But could they win the National Championship?

To celebrate the victory, we ate at Los Pericos. Just can't get enough of that Mexican food. After eating we kicked back, slept late on Sunday, and we were proud to be in Soonerland.
